Thank you for contacting us. We are writing to clarify the events described in your message, as we believe they do not accurately reflect what actually occurred at our property. Your reservation was made for two guests only, and all our procedures were carried out based on that registered occupancy. At check-out, the two registered guests came to reception to store their luggage, leading our staff to reasonably believe that the apartment had been vacated. Following our standard departure procedure, our Operations Manager went to inspect the apartment before housekeeping entered. He knocked on the door three times, and the person inside opened it.
