Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed and fair feedback. We’re glad the room was clean, the facilities worked well, and that you found the stay generally good. The bathroom door issue has since been checked and fixed. this type of problem can sometimes happen after misuse by previous guests, but we understand it should not affect your stay. Regarding the kitchen, we intentionally provide refrigerators, microwaves and kettles rather than cooking hobs, as ALMA one is designed mainly for short stays. Food storage is kept to the fridges for hygiene reasons. We also appreciate your comments about comfort, noise, and the area, and will continue reviewing what can be improved for future guests.
